Woodbeck Village - A Retirement Village Where You Can Enjoy Your Independence
With Assisted Living!
Woodbeck Village is one of
Queensland’s finest rental retirement villages located on the fringes
of the Beenleigh Town Centre, half way between Brisbane and the
Gold Coast.
Each of the 76 single units are fully resourced servicing those looking for assisted living
accommodation. Operating autonomously, Woodbeck Village is not
affiliated with other larger corporate bodies or companies. It was officially opened on 20th, April 1999, by the
Honourable Bronwyn Bishop MP, Minister for Aged Care.
Assisted Living at Woodbeck
Village offers you a peaceful lifestyle with privacy and
security, within a friendly communal environment. There is a
strong focus on making Woodbeck Residents feel supported and
appreciated. The building of solid relationships is encouraged,
but a high value is placed upon allowing residents the freedom
to have their own space and privacy. You can enjoy the
protection of security at all levels with the bonus of having
fulltime managers living onsite to help with your every day
needs.
On-site Managers,
Ron and Ann Mee have
been operating the village for 6 years and
provide more than just logistical management.
They are proud of their work and deliver a high standard of
professionalism and ethics. They are
committed to ensuring that
the home-cooked meals are nutritious and 5 star quality. All
meals are cooked on the premises and even cater for
those on special diets. They provide personalised care 24/7
right down to the grooming of the resident pets. Yes, small dogs
are allowed.
Benefits Of Inspired
Retirement Living
At Woodbeck Village you
have the best of both worlds - you can live independently but
with just the right amount of assistance when you want it.
Throughout the transition from retirement or downscaling through
to assisted living accommodation, Woodbeck recognises that
individual needs change. But even though your needs may change
rest assured there is no need to compromise on the quality of
your lifestyle.
The benefits of living in a
rental retirement village allows you to expand on your
personal space outside of your unit. Friends and family are
always welcome to come and visit whenever they want. Visitors may join
you for a meal and all it will cost them is $5.00. That's
correct - it isn't a typo... For overnight stays, visitors may
spend up to 4 nights.
As a Woodbeck Resident you will
have a greater sense of security knowing you have neighbours
right next door and managers onsite to come to your assistance
24 hours a day.
You can keep your
independence - and never need to cook again!
As a Woodbeck Resident you won't
need to think about what you are going to cook. The centre
provides 3 nutritious home-style meals. Breakfast and lunch are
served in the community dining area and your evening meal, is
prepared for you to eat in your unit at your leisure.
